Other Area of Observation
"No more staring into space. I have not seen it recently."
Mother: At times, he’s not looking. He just likes to stare at a picture or one place in the ceiling.
He used to look at the chandelier.
Now, it is not there. No more staring of the space. I have not seen it recently.

"Very less staring at one place in the room."
Consultant: Any changes in the wall narration? Mumbling in the past.
Mother: I am not very sure. You mean to say he’s staring at one place in his room.
No more there. On and off. Not completely gone. But very less now.

"I think coping is much better now."
Mother: I think coping is much better now. Even in school, I had parent-teacher meeting recently. She said he dropped some water on the shirt - he had the habit to remove it. He tried to remove his shirt. The teacher told him you cannot remove the shirt in school like this, and it was not much and it’s fine. He stayed like that.
In the past, he would want to change.
Coping is much improved.
Consultant: Many a times, it is due to sensory overload. If he is not so sensitive now, he did not feel the need to ‘overreact’.

"He drew 'man' recently. That is a new thing that he did."
Mother: Puzzles, he does, yes.
Consultant: Any changes in terms of his play behaviour? What kind of things did he draw?
Mother: Yes, I do not have the picture now. He has thrown it. He drew 'man' recently. There was a nail on the wall where we used to put a picture. He wanted to put it there. He put there, looking at it.
That is a new thing that he did.
Consultant: Wow, that is his masterpiece. Have a wall for him to display his drawings - it will give him the confidence.

"I think the grip is much better now."
Consultant: Any changes in his handwriting? In the way he is holding pencil or pen?
Mother: I think the grip is much better now. Handwriting is different sizes now.
Initially, when we started Sleep Therapy, he was writing good. But now, it is all over the place. Height of the letters are not the same - some big, some small. Space between letters - too much.
That time he did well, we praised him.
Consultant: Before picture of his handwriting and after Sleep Therapy need to be analysed to see if his visual distortion has been corrected.
Motivation is a factor. If I am forced to write something over and over again, I will not take it seriously. But if limited to one masterpiece, I will do very well. Convey the message, and you will be able to see his true colours of his eye power.

"We have not seen (him bothered by hair strands in the toilet) for a while."
BEFORE
He has this habit. He comes out of the bathroom. He gets dressed up for school. Then he will again go. He will check whether there is any dust or something. If something is there, he will ask the nanny to put the water and wash it. When that is done right, then he will come out.
If there is a hair, he will ask her to ‘clean, clean’. He does not like unclean things. Not everyday, some morning is there.
Consultant: We have correct this asap because this can develop into OCD, if unaware. There is a physical reason. This is because his eyesight is superb.
AFTER
Mother: In the past, before leaving for school, he used to go toilet to check. But nowadays, we haven’t seen that recently.
Consultant: So he no longer got bothered by the hair strands in the toilet.
Mother: Yes, we have not seen for a while.
Consultant: Excellent. Was it shortly after Sleep therapy kicked in?
Mother: Yes, before that, it was that. But after Sleep Therapy, I haven’t seen that.
Consultant: So his vision has improved gradually.

AFTER
Consultant: He used to have this gesture of going to the floor and placing his legs on the floor, as though the floor is tilted.
Mother: Yes, this is also gone!

Mother: Our neighbour has a dog. He surprised me that day!
When we were playing outside, and that person was taking the dog out. He gave the dog to him, and there was the leash still with the leash to him. He said, “Remove the leash!”
Consultant: That is his motivation to speak so that the other party who may not be so familiar with his communication style still understand him. It is a great reward to receive his desired results.

If it was before, you asked him to go or open door, he did not follow instruction. |
But now, when you tell him, he follows instruction. I think he is calm now. I think he is very sweet now. |
He was very impatient he did not like to wait. If before, he did not know what is waiting. |
These days, he is okay being in the crowd. People there and he’s ok. I can say he’s patient now. He can wait. |
Before, he used to have his own way that he liked things to be done. He did not want to change TV. He just wanted to watch the same programme. If we changed it, he would crying. |

"I have stopped bring him for a car ride. (in order to make him fall asleep)"
AFTER

Mother: I have stopped bringing him for a car ride. I bring him straight to the room. I just talk to him - I love you, good night, . Within 5 or 10 minutes, he’s already sleeping.
Consultant: I cannot imagine after so many years you have to still go for car rides.
Mother: That is something I never realised I could stop. Let’s see what he does without car rides. I noticed that even when I bring him to car rides, he would be observing.
Consultant: These are changes if you know he is ready. Try to do it the more normal way.

AFTER

Those days I noticed when he was not sleepy, he used to jump around, move around. These days, he’s not jumping or moving around in the bed. Even if he wakes up in between, he will just squeak or he’ll just say something, but he will just remain in bed - looking at me. He’s not hyper - he does not get up.

In the past, he used to cry. We had to carry him and then we had to push him in the stroller.
These days, we are not doing any such. If he stays awake until 5, let it be and I will be just next to him. There is no phone time. I leave at 6.30 and I told my husband if he gets up early, don’t you play the phone.

Mother: We introduced a lot of fruit juice for him - watermelon, papaya, lemon, dragon fruit, blueberries, strawberries. Carrots. My helper blends some fruits, no milk in the morning.
"Yes, he can eat on his own now."
AFTER
Consultant: Can he feed himself better now?
Mother: Yes, he can eat on his own.
In the past, he’s always being fed. We never really tried. Sometimes he refused food.
Mother: Nowadays, he’s more open to food. If he sees a cup filled with water, he just drinks the water. Sometimes, he wants to put his hand inside.
Sometimes, he looks at my tea and wants to try.
Mother: He goes to the table and looks through the Tupperwares and sees what’s in - he wants to eat. He goes to the food cupboard - he opens and checks. Then he takes his own food and asks us to open
Consultant: Was he like that before?
Mother: He is very open to trying different kinds of food right now.
In the past, he refused to try many food.
These days, we fry broccoli in flour and gave it to him - he eats that. He tries mushroom, tempeh, lady’s finger.

Toilet Habits
"Whe his pampers is too heavy, he will come to me - he wants me to feel it."
TOILET HABITS
BEFORE
Consultant: Not upset if poo poo or urinate in pampers. Never indicated to change pampers.
AFTER
Mother: When he poo poo, he does not tell still. But when I say let’s go to the washroom, he will quietly follow me to be washed. Sometimes, he goes washroom straight away. That is an indication that he has already pooped.
When his pampers is too heavy, he will come to me - he wants me to feel it.
Consultant: How is this different from the past?
Mother: In the past, he did not really feel whether he peed or pooed. Those days when I said, he would not want to come.
These days, he follows me to the washroom and quietly stands to be washed.
Consultant: Sense of smell is sensation. Likely, the sense to pee or poo is another sensation controlled by motor cortex. You still need to hold it up with sensory cortex. It is interrelated. Once toxicity has been cleared, it will benefit his sensation, and his awareness of pee or poo is coming on. You are already seeing it that now at least, he agrees to go to the washroom if he has to pee or poo.

"He's ok with it - brushing his teeth with her finger. He opens his mouth."
AFTER
Consultant: Any difference in his toothbrushing?
Mother: Yes. Now he does not like to brush his teeth. Those days when we offered him toothbrush, he enjoyed brushing his teeth. Now he does not like to do that.
My helper used her finger to brush his teeth. He’s ok with it. He opens his mouth.

AFTER
Mother: On another note, he can wear his own t-shirt.
In the past, he did not wear his own shirt or pants. Now when I go to him, he already puts his head in.
Consultant: That’s his muscle control. If he has better flow of neurotransmitters now, his motor cortex can control his gross motor skills. Once he has the capacity, he has the showing: He can do it!

"The poo was smelling like rotting fish (from fish oil previously given)."
3F Detoxification in Working Folder
Consultant: What have you seen over the past 3 months on detoxification?
Mother: He started with hard poo. I think I had sent you pictures. That one was smelling like rotten vegetables.
Consultant: Was he eating vegetables?
Mother: No, he was not eating vegetables.
Consultant: That was the clearing of the gut.
What other smell did you find?
Mother: After about a week, the poo was smelling like rotting fish. I think it was from fish oil I was giving him in the past. He was on supplement. When we started sleep therapy, I stopped it. Before I was giving him fish oil.
Consultant: Rotten fish smell was not from the fish he has eaten, but rather from the fish oil of the past.
Mother: I noticed his stool was round like stones, hard like doughnuts - like buns we buy from the shop - bread but small ones.
Consultant: Was the smell different from usual? What did it smell like?
Mother: That day, I was so surprised. The smell was so strong that I had to open the door - just like somebody eating something rotting - like rotting meat.
Consultant: That’s very good flush. Were you giving him any meat?
Mother: No. He does not really like meat. Most of the time, it’s vegetables. Maybe chicken.
Consultant: How long did rotting meat smell last?
Mother: It lasted for 2 days.

"Urine with smell of medicine like antibiotics."
Consultant: How about his urine? Any distinctive smell?
Mother: Smell like medicine. Very yellow.
Consultant: There was a time you said it smell like antibiotics?
Mother: Yes, I think maybe from the past - he had been having colds, when I did not know you, he was on antibiotics a lot of times. The smell is coming from antibiotics.
It just smells like somebody taking medication. Just medicine. It lasted for maybe 2 weeks.
Up till now, his urine is also still yellow. It has not cleared up.
Consultant: Yellow urine is telling of detoxification maybe from past load, or from food eaten yesterday.

"He had fever 3 different times. All the time he was having running nose."
Mother: He had fever 3 different times.
Maybe like how you said, maybe I was giving him medication, so it was prolonged
First fever in Day 12.
From the beginning, I was giving him paracetamol for the first time of fever, because the temperature was too high.First time, given paracetamol 3 times a day. It went off in 1 day.
Second fever in second month - it was 38.9 degrees really high. I gave him medicine.
This one last for 3 days - on and off.
All the time, he was having running nose.
Most fever recently from last Friday. I gave him medicine on Frdiay. By Saturday, the fever stopped.
Then it came back again on Sunday. I did not give him medicine. It came with running nose.
I just gave him warm distilled water. The fever went away on Monday.

"He was blinking his eyes. He rubbed his eyes a lot."
Mother: He was blinking his eyes. I was afraid maybe he had eye issues. Maybe I should bring him to the doctor to check.
Consultant: Do you think it is necessary? What would the doctor suggest?
Mother: I did not know. Now that you mentioned it. I just remember maybe this is detox.
Consultant: It is a very common detox symptom due to neurotransmitters effect. You can spray koo energy Water, if he allows. Or just leave it alone.
It was happening on and off. It is only yesterday that it stopped.
He rubbed his eyes a lot. Maybe itching. Maybe something in his eyes.
Consultant: Good flushing of the eyes. It will clear up his vision.

No dark circle.
Consultant: Did he cry more?
Mother: Yes.
Consultant: Any mouth ulcer?

"He was having itching in his body that day."

"For the first week, he was very uncomfortable. He was more aggressive."
Consultant: Was he having any tantrums?
Mother: For the first week, he was very uncomfortable. He was more aggressive.
After 3 weeks, I started noticing he’s getting calmer.
Consultant: That’s very fast.
When he’s having tantrums, it’s likely that his heart beats faster due to thicker blood as a result of detoxification.
Mother: Although one day like that even now, sometimes just that day, he would not be happy. Just crying.
Consultant: It’s probably event-triggered. Every child has his temperament. Because something happened.

Mother: Up till now, he’s still having night sweats.
His forehead will be sweating during sleep. Not turning on the fan. He will not wake up. When I touch him, he will be wet. It is still happening now.
Before Sleep Therapy, he was not perspiring.
Only after Sleep Therapy, he started having perspiration in his sleep. He is wearing pyjamas. When he’s sleeping, I put something light on him. He’s been wearing socks during sleep.
Please monitor. You may have to adjust to Level 2.
Consultant: What is the temperature in the room?
Mother: Normal Temperature. Now, we are getting to winter. Maybe I can stop the heating.
Consultant: If he’s perspiring, that explains.

"Younger twin sister used to have a lot of fluids in her ear."
Consultant: Younger sister used to have very itchy ears?
Mother: She used to have a lot of fluids in her ear. I sent for a check on Friday. Not given medicine.
Consultant: Do not have to worry about this - it is a common detoxification - clearing of toxins in the ear.
Mother: I did not see the liquid. Only audiologist said she has fluid in one of her ears. It was a hearing test process as one of the requirement of Speech Therapy since she was not speaking.
Consultant: As long as you understand the reason - it is part of clearing the ear, nose and throat caused by mucus that affected her speaking.
Consultant: Did she go through running nose?
Mother: Hers is more cough. She has cough now.
Consultant: It will help if you give her organic wild honey. Distilled water will be helpful for her too.
Mother: Fever was just for one day. 2 days after her brother.
Because she’s sleeping next to brother, she will also have her detoxification to go through.
I did not give her medicine. Temperature was not really so high. Only body warm.

Mother: I was having pain in the leg when I woke up. I had it for one week. Now, no more.
Consultant: Mother used to have body aches in the past, and it could be quite serious you had to take painkillers. Did you take painkillers that time you had the pain?
Mother: No. I wanted to know if Sleeping Mat is going to help me.

"His faeces smelled like 50 cent coin."
Detoxification
Mother: Some of the smells we have no idea of they are. We could not relate.
My helper tried to smell the faeces. Then she also smelled the 50 cent coin. She kind of smelled both. She said you know it smelled like 50 cent coin. So this is the closest that we had. Some of the smells were quite strange and very pungent. But we can’t relate to any smell.
Bronze - the decoration stuff. These are the kind of things that his motion smelled like.
Consultant: Coins are nickel - an alloy, a mixture of different metals like copper (Nickel alloy is formed by combining nickel with other metals, commonly titanium, copper, aluminum, iron, and chromium.) It is a good purge. It should disappear along the way.
It is still there. Once in a while, he has that very smell in his faeces.
There are days that the faeces are normal.

"Reddish hard solid faeces smelled of spoiled fish."
Report on Detoxification
Day 4 - his faeces were brown, dark green, some parts reddish solid, that was hard.
Redness at the right corner. Could this be watermelon?
Mother: Day 4, I have not started giving him watermelon yet. It looked like blood but it wasn’t if you looked at it properly. It was just kind of paste that was red. I was trying to relate to something maybe red that I gave him that day.
But then I could not relate to anything very close.
Consultant: This is likely rust? As long as it’s not blood, then it’s not so alarming. What I was afraid was bleeding. But you mentioned it smelled like spoiled fish, but fish was not given.
So this was likely from his past fish oil intake, and even from previous rounds of fish with formaldehyde. These are telling of his detoxification status.
Day 7 - Motion smell like spoiled vegetable and chicken. He was given chicken.
Day 12 - Smell like Coins. Red paste with black spots.
Consultant: These are toxins pushed out from different organs which is good. Look out for future detox of this sort.
Day 23 - Colour dark green and black. Smell like bronze (like bronze medals that had oxidised).
Consultant: This was also the time he was having intensive running nose right after fever. This could also be due to his past and recent medication.

Mother: I noticed when he’s not well, like having flu or running nose, cough, he tends to go toilet 3-4 times.
When he’s sick, his motion will be soft, and mucus-like.

"He farts but not constantly."
Mother: He farts but not constantly, not everyday.
I cannot hear the sound. At times I know he farted because it smells. Not constant though.
Constipation only 2-3 times in the duration of 3 months. He passes motion everyday. Sometimes once, sometimes twice.

Mother: After first month of Sleep Therapy, he started biting his t-shirt, which he never did before. Once in a while, he bit the pillow, which has never happened before. It is still happening.
Consultant: It’s like teething period, due to the itching of gums. With ear, nose clearing, he may experience discomfort like tingling sensation in the ear or nose. With that happening, it can also affect his throat because it is all in one passage.
Mother: That is why he’s been clearing his throat very frequently. He has been doing that after July since the beginning of August.

"He rubbed his eyes and pulled his eyelids when he's cranky."
Mother: In July, I did not see any rubbing of eyes nor pulling of his eyelids.
But in August and now, he rubbed his eyes and pulled his eyelids when he’s cranky.
I noticed he rubbed his eyes when it is about bedtime. Or maybe he’s frustrated and did not know what to do. We would be having an activity like structured play, he would lie on the floor and rub his eyes.
Consultant: This is most probably not related to his activity. He’s only three. He’s more likely to react from physical discomfort. You may touch his eyes to ease it.
Mother: He did rub his eyes before Sleep Therapy. But it was not as obvious as what he’s doing for the past two months - August and September.
Even his sleep is pretty bad towards end of August and throughout September.

"Very recently, he tends to wake up at 3-3.30am."
Mother: If I allow him to sleep at 9 or 9.30-10pm, he tends to wake up at 3 o’clock in the morning. Then he sleeps at 5-6am.
If I allow him to sleep at 11-11.30pm, he wakes up the next day at 8-8.30am. So he had proper sleep, no waking up in between.
That has been his routine.
But then I realised very recently, though he sleeps at 11-11.30pm, he tends to wake up at 3-3.30am.

It is likely that he’s having some sensation that wakes him up.

That has been his routine.
But then I realised very recently, though he sleeps at 11-11.30pm, he tends to wake up at 3-3.30am.
Consultant: Refer to the Toxin Elimination Timing of Internal Organs. 3-5pm is the lungs time interval for detox.

"Flu and running nose, probably 3 to 4 times."
Mother: He is still having cough right now. It was not continuous cough.
Over the past 3 months, at least for 3 times he got fever.
Flu and running nose, probably 3 to 4 times.
Starting from last week, he had cough, running nose and flu until now.
Although he’s having cough and running nose, he’s still very active.
Consultant: That is a sign of comfort. It is alright to just let it go. He is on the right track.

"He tends to go toilet 3-4 times when he's not well."
Mother: His fever lasted only for 1-2 days.
His fever is always intense on the first day, then it would subside on the second day.
First month, we gave him suppository paracetamol every 6 hours for a day or two.
First day, we gave him medicine.
Second day, it subsided so we did not give him medicine.
For 3rd month, I did not give him medicine as the temperature was not so high. We only gave him medication above 38 degrees Celsius.
We would give him cold shower if it is below 38.

"He tended to wake quite frequently at night (affected by blockage in ENT)."
Mother: No ear/eye discharge, nor dark eye circle. The kind of symptoms he experienced have been very mild - flu, cough and fever.
Consultant: These are very intensive detoxification reactions.
Mother: July was good. He had very good sleep. Everything was better.
August and September is quite bad. Especially September he tended to wake up quite frequently at night.
Consultant: Most likely, he’s badly affected by the blockage in his ear, nose and throat.

Mother: He had vomiting during fever when he had very intense flu. He basically vomited the mucus.
Consultant: That is a good purge.
Mother: That happened last week. Now his flu is not that intense.

"He got the night sweats as well. He perspires a lot."
Mother: He got the night sweats as well. That actually happens when I do not switch on the air con. That happens 3-4 times a week. Basically his head and his back. Maybe it is because he is feeling warmer after we switch on the Healing Mat or surrounding temperature is warmer.
Consultant: That is fine. Perspiration is good in the daytime to push out toxins. Body is regularly detoxifying.
Mother: He perspires a lot. One thing is he is very active. Running. He moves a lot. He has his afternoon nap. We make it a habit to turn on the aircon. He tends to perspire in the afternoon and also at night.
Consultant: Perspiration is the body’s natural way of regulating temperature.

TEMPERAMENT
BEFORE
Last time, he did not like crowds. He always ran upstairs.
AFTER
These days, he is okay being in the crowd. People there and he’s ok.
I noticed that last week at my father-in-law’s funeral, there were many people. He was playing with my mum and there was this uncle was carrying him. He was excited. He asked to be carried. He was a stranger. He was awkward at first. Then he got used to him. The uncle carried him.
There was a cousin girl who was 7 years old. She was very nice to him and wanted to play with him. We have a small toy car in the house. She put him in front, she sat behind and rode the car. He’s quietly sitting.

Consultant: So he’s engaged in play now?
Mother: I won’t say he’s so engaged. He does not like to play with his brother. But when the brother carries him or kisses him, he’s alright.
Yesterday night, I observed he was lying down and the brother went next to him and lie on him, he went and held his brother’s face and brought his face closer to the brother.
In the past, he did not like to be with his brother at all. Because his brother is 8 years old and always saying ‘go away, go away’!
I have a baby nephew who likes him so much and always wants to play with him. But he never really paid attention on the boy. Sometimes when he walks around while running, he would touch the baby’s head with affection and walk away.

"These days, he can just say things out. Better now."
AFTER
Mother: He can name his friends’ from their photos. Occupation - musicians, doctors. Pretend play - these are the kinds of things he’s doing.
Consultant: How much difference did you notice compared to before Sleep Therapy? In terms of picking up speed - teachability.
Mother: Even before Sleep Therapy, he’s able to copy things. But now after Sleep Therapy and after school, he actually knows more vocab and he is able to relate to many things in context.
Yes, his vocabulary has increased in words.
In the past, he’s definitely not very verbal.
But these days, he can just say things out, open the book, read and say the word. Or look at the object and name it. Better now.

Attentiveness
"The teacher says he's very focused."
AFTER
Consultant: Is it still obvious that he did not know what to do, like the past?
Mother: No, he kind of know what to do. Maybe he does not follow instruction all the time, but definitely more than before.
Consultant: That is great improvement. Consultant: Any increase in attention span?
Mother: Attention-span, if he likes to do the activity, that can even be 10 minutes. In school, the teacher says he’s very focused when the teacher teaches him or reads to him. He can do things independently. Long, short, thick, thin. He can arrange 1-20.
Consultant: You need to UP his level, so he learns beyond the school teaching.

"He listens to me."

When I say come take your juice, or drink his water, he will do that.

Communication/Body Language
"He cannot say his name until now."
COMMUNICATION
BEFORE
AFTER
Mother: He cannot say his name until now. The rest are pretty much the same.
BEFORE
- Communication through gestures when he wanted something.
- Selectively did chores when instructed.
- Could verbally say eat, milk, juice, up.
- Verbally point and read out aloud the name of objects from book.
- Sing rhymes accompanied by action.
- Able to count.
AFTER
Mother: He cannot say his name until now. The rest are pretty much the same.
"Very recently, I see he is very expressive."
Consultant: How is this compared to the past?
Mother: He was not very expressive.
Although I know he knows a lot of vocab, because when he sees something he said that word, but he wasn’t expressive.
But very recently, I see he is very expressive.
He took two wooden doors of a broken car. He said "Open and shut” (while gesturing).
Whatever he’s saying, it is always making sense.

Mother: He is more expressive. He comes and hugs me. He asks me to kiss him. He brings his cheeks closer to my face.
Consultant: In the past, was he that affectionate?
Mother: No.
Consultant: These are the area you need to work on. Feelings is not something you can describe. It has to come in a story. Look at ALP website. More input, more vocabulary, more likely he will express in words.

"He's definitely got more eye-contact."
Mother: He’s definitely got more eye-contact. When someone hands him something, he will look up and take the objects.
He has eye-contact with the people around. He will observe the surrounding and also the people - who is sitting on the sofa or the floor.
Consultant: That’s showing of his parietal lobe progress. He can tell the difference of someone or something in presence.

He says but does not do it yet.
Once he waved to his cousin, like a reflex thing. He waved and say 'goodbye'.

"Yes his body language is more heightened."
Consultant: Body language is more heightened then.
Mother: Yes.
Consultant: Now we need to up his verbal language.
Mother: Two way communication - not yet verbally. Physically he’s showing me. When I kiss him, he kisses me back. When he wants me to carry him somewhere, he will try to pull my hand and pull me up from the floor.
Consultant: His willingness to do that is there. It’s just that he’s lacking in words.
Recommended: Little Pookie so that he knows how to react in situation-appropriate manner.

Verbal
"He was squeaking more."
Consultant: Did you notice any changes in his voice? He has been flushing a lot of mucus over the past 3 months.
Mother: He still sings. In July things were pretty ok. He did not really clear his throat. He was sleeping better the whole month.
But when it came to Aug and Sep, he was biting T-shirt and stuff. He was squeaking more. He started screaming. In school, the teachers also noticed that. This was pretty obvious.

"He is also screaming a lot."
Consultant: For you, you described your child as squeaking. This is all for good. This is experimenting. If a child suddenly realises he has this ability to squeak, he will do a lot. Just like a baby making sound or babbling or blowing bubbles, he will keep doing it because it is so amazing. It is the stage of experimentation, once he has the ability.
Likewise for your boy. With the constant flushing of his sinus cavities, it is obvious that he is now able to project his voice.
Mother: He is also screaming a lot. He does not always scream. When he goes into the public places, when he is playing in the playground when I bring him to the mall, he can behave himself.
At home, he will jump from one corner to another, he would happily scream.
Consultant: I strongly urge you to seize the opportunity if he is expressing in his vocal.
Previously, it was quite alarming to see a child not expressing in speech, because of the inability to.
Now that he is slowing showing this sound-making, make use of it - take a book instead of letting him roam about the house - jumping, screaming and running around the house.

"Repetitive speech has reduced."
Mother: Repetitive speech has reduced. He does it like 2-3 times and then he says something else.
He plays longer but he does not play over and over again.

"Repetitive has reduced a lot."
Mother: Sometimes, he has the alone talk. He’s talking on his own. It looks like he’s practising his lines.
“Hello. Hi. Nice to meet you!” He will be talking on his own.
I am kind of worried. Who are you talking? What are your talking about?
“Hi see you again! How are you? Hi how are you?” He used to say that.
But repetition has reduced a lot.
Those days, he used to repeat so many times.
Nowadays, the most he repeats 2 or 3 times.

"I know you want me to sit on the chair."
Mother: Something that I have heard him say. The other day the helper sent him to school. Immediately when he saw his teacher, he said “Oh no!”
The teacher usually sent a long description of what he did the whole day.
There was one time he was playing with the toy and it was toilet training time, so he came close to him, to basically want him to go to the toilet to poo. When the teacher came near him, he thought the teacher wanted him to sit on the chair. He said this to the teacher, “I know you want me to sit on the chair.”
Which I was very shocked until now. Did he really say that? Yes he actually said that.

“Oh it is a bird.” When he sees a bird. He is looking at the object and saying it when I bring him for a walk.
When he’s going through a book, he says, “It is a yellow triangle or pentagon.”

Mother: He is always in context of what he is doing. Even when he sings a song, it is always related to what he is doing.
If he happens to see a fish or a shark, he will sing ‘baby shark too too too”. If he goes into the car, he will say, “the wheels of the car go round and round” and “the wiper of the car goes swish swish swish - he turned the wiper.” He said ‘honked honked’. It was all related.
But it was not very expressive. He’s very selective at times. That’s about him.

Other Area of Observation
"He is more open to outsiders."
OTHER AREA OF BEHAVIOUR
Mother: On the positive side, I would say he is open to outsiders.
He was never really close to my mum. My parents always dropped by 2 or times in a month. He did not really go to my mum.
But then I can see that recently, when my mum goes nearby to him, trying to play with him.
Initially, he was hesitant. But then somehow, he’s quite close to my mum. She started carrying him, wiping him and changing his clothes.
I sent you the video where he was looking at my mum and he’s smiling back at her.

"He has more emotions now."
Mother: Last two months, I noticed that he would actually go up to the grandma and asked her to carry him. Then he would sit on her and start touching her face. He does it very frequently. He would also kind of ‘sayang’ (show affection).
He would be running around and suddenly he comes from behind and hug me and said,”kiss”!
Consultant: So he is expressing more emotionally now?
Mother: More emotions, yes.
Consultant: Which is what we hope to achieve for this Sleep Therapy. Eventually, this boy must be able to react to the people around him.

He was trying to get my attention. He was behind my back. After that, maybe he thought I was ignoring him. He immediately went to the hall and started tearing. He said, “I am so sad!”
I was so shocked because I did not know that he knows emotions.
Sometimes he is a little cranky. When her husband comes over, my maid brings him in a bike and goes around the shophouse, he would spread his hand and say “I am happy!”
These are the things I noticed.

."In school, the teacher said he can actually sit in a group and play."
Mother: Right now after work, I bring him to the playground so he gets a chance to meet other kids and play.
Though he’s still hasn’t played with other kids yet, he’s still very much a lone ranger, but he plays he goes down and up the slide, he runs around. That is something he does.
Also in school, the teacher said he can actually sit in a group and play.
In the past, he’s very much a lone ranger.
Right now, he doesn’t play with others yet. But he can just sit and play his own toys or do something.

BEFORE

AFTER
Consultant: Any changes in his temperament?
Mother: I can say he’s patient now. He can wait. If before, he did not know what is waiting.
Consultant: How about his rigidity in the past?
Mother: I can say for him to change it is not so difficult like before.
Before, he used to have his own way that he liked things to be done. He did not want to change TV. He just wanted to watch the same programme. If we changed it, he would crying.
But now, when we change, for him it does not bother him too much.
Consultant: That’s good progress. In learning, it is always important for him to comply. Once he has this rigidity removed, he’s more likely to progress better in his learning.

"He is very sweet now. He follows instructions."

Consultant: Can you tell me about his latest temperament and his behaviour?
Mother: He is calm now. I think he is very sweet now.
If it was before, you asked him to go or open door, he did not follow instruction.
But now, when you tell him, he follows instruction. I think he is calm now.
Consultant: So he will respond to you when you need him to do something.

Consultant: He is less often angry now?
In the past, you wrote that he’s always angry.
Mother: Now he’s very calm. He is a sweet boy now. Even if he is angry over something, it does not stay long. Before you know it, he will forget.
Consultant: Ok That’s good. That’s about his dopamine - control of his mood. With less physical discomfort, he’s less likely to be irritated.

Attentiveness
"He sits on the chair now. He will be concentrating and watching his things."
AFTER
Mother: What I noticed that he sits on the chair now.
Before, he would be running the whole place.
But now, during the learning time - I sent you some videos. He sits down on the table. The sister was teaching with the flashcards. He was pointing it. He would take the book and come and hold your hand so that you can read. He will be using your hand to point at something.
Now he can sit down and take his book, he can sit down and absorb even for 20 minutes, he will not get off.
Consultant: How is this different from the past?
In the past, no way! He would not sit down.
It was like having something on his buttocks. When you wanted him to sit on the chair, he would take the head, put on the floor, jumping on the chair.
Now he will take the tablet, He will do like he is concentrating, and watching his things.

Consultant: I mean his eye-contact?
Mother: I think super. His eye-contact is very good.
Consultant: Was it an issue in the past?
Mother: He wasn’t looking at you straight. Before when you called him, he was like trying to avoid looking on people’s face.

Mother: These days, he does not throw things.

Mother: Before he was playing alone.
But now, he does not play alone much. He always comes and gets involved - he even holds his sister - he has never done it.
He sees his sister, grab his sister and hug his sister. He has never done it before.
Consultant: That’s nice!

Communication/Body Language

COMMUNICATION
BEFORE
Consultant: Any changes in his communication style?
Mother: Yes, I can say that. Although he does not really communicate in words. But now if he wants something in the fridge, he will come and take you to the fridge. He will try to say it, although it is not clear, he will tell you to ‘open the fridge’.
When you take something he does not want, he will shake his head. He will also be trying to point.
Consultant: So he is more expressive in his desire. In the past, how did he communicate?
Mother: Oh my god! You would be confused. He would just pull you. He would bring you to the kitchen. You did not even know what he wanted. He would just be using crying. It would be stressful.
Consultant: So he’s more clear-minded in what he wants and he would communicate with you what he needs. That’s excellent.
Mother: Yes.
BEFORE
- He communicated by pulling, crying.
- Sometimes pointing.
- He spoke his own language when playing that could not be understandable.

Verbal
"He will say Mama Mama..."

"I think now it is a bit clear in his pronunciation ."
Consultant: How about his language-wise? Do you hear clearer pronunciation?
Mother: Yes, I think now it is a bit clear. Although he’s still making his own sounds.
My daughter can hear him say ‘car’. When the 12yo older sister was counting, they try to drag it, he was excited and said ‘ten’, but in a quiet way.
Consultant: You see that he’s motivated to catch up. Seize the chance. Get him to learn together in a story, where he can pick up together with the sister.

In the past, he would do a lot of hand flapping.
Now, he will clap his hands to capture attention.
No more tiptoeing. It's been a long time since I last saw it.

Consultant: In the past, hee used to just play with grass.
Mother: The last time we brought him to the park, he’s playing the normal activities with the other children. He did not look for grass again.
Before, when we brought him to the park, he would be just look for grass, he would not play with the toys in the park.
But this time, he’s playing with toys, going to the swing - playing one activity to another.
Consultant: So it is more regular now. This is related to his ability to coordinate his movement. With the ability coming on, he will be balancing his steps on the bar, sliding down the slides with more confidence, without fear. In the past he had sensory issues, so he would prefer to stick to his comfort zone like the grass instead trying the different stations.

Mother: Let me tell you about the group learning. Every evening, we sit together. He is very happy. Even before we pull the chair, he would come and sit and he’s waiting. I sent you some video.
Consultant: You mean he can be more engaged now?
Mother: Yes
Consultant: And he wants to be engaged?
Mother: Yes
Consultant: That’s great! So he prefers company, compared to last time?
Mother: Yes. In the past, he was always alone. He was always sitting alone.

Temperament
"Because he is calmer, he listens to our commands."
TEMPERAMENT
BEFORE
He is mild-tempered, not attentive though.
AFTER
Consultant: What changes have you seen?
Father: Oh, the temperament is very good at the moment.
Like I told you earlier - In the first two weeks, especially going out to the park. He would not run around, he would stick with us, listen to our commands. He was not upset or hyper.
The same thing applies now. Because he is calmer, he listens to our commands.
Not only are teaching new words, we are giving him two-step commands.
For instance, go to the bedroom and bring me a jacket. We would say it has helped him with his speech now that he is calmer.
Consultant: That is great benefit. That is the ultimate goal if he wants to communicate with the world.

ATTENTIVENESS
BEFORE
He does not follow you for no more than 1 minute before he becomes less interested.
I believe that his non-attentiveness has affected his abilities in his speech.
AFTER
Consultant: Is there any difference in his attention span?
Father: Yes, yes! For instance, I would sit down with him to play. We take turns, playing with whatever we are playing. He sits there longer than 2-3 minutes, playing the same game with me, without getting up and going somewhere else.
In the past, he could not do that.
Consultant: That is very important for a 2yo, he needs a certain length of concentration in order to pick up skills.

Father: Before, she had LEGO blocks. Before Sleep Therapy, she just lined up the blocks. Now, she makes something with the blocks. Maybe tower. Sometimes, she tried to make ships. She was trying to make a shape.
Consultant: Do you have the themed ones, like police car, fire engine or even kitchen set for LEGO.
Father: Yes, she likes kitchen set.
Consultant: You may want to extend the collection so that she can build on her creativity, and even come out with a show-and-tell. We are trying to create opportunity for her to speak with whatever resources you have at home now.

When it comes to speech, he has picked up a lot of words.
We actually submitted a list of words that he was speaking. The speech therapist noticed that he was speaking more words than before. She asked me what was going on. I told her that he is on koo energy Sleep Therapy. She actually researched on it.
She was really surprised that for some reason he is saying more words. Because he has got more words now, she determined that he’s almost same level of knowledge as any typical 2 yo for his age.
Now, we are going into 2-step commands. He is doing pretty well when it comes to language.

After koo energy, it takes him a few minutes to fall asleep. We still sing to him. We do not need to piggy back him. He actually requests to go to bed.

"No more perspiration during night sleep."
We had perspiration issues in the first 3 weeks. We reduced the level from L3 to L2, and we never noticed his perspiration after that.
He is perspiring more during the day with koo energy Sandwich everyday 30 minutes at nap time.
Now we do not notice any more perspiration.

"No more running around a lot before bedtime."
Consultant: How about his activity before bedtime? He was previously running around a lot.
Father: No more running around. He doesn’t bring stuff from the kitchen into the living room. He does not stack up items - like what he did in the past.

"No more heavy breathing. Teethgrinding was completely gone."
Consultant: He used to have heavy breathing when he slept.
Father: Regarding heavy breathing, he does it once in a while, especially if he is sleeping on his back, he tends to heavy-breathe. If he sleeps on his sides, we rarely hear anything.
Consultant: How about teethgrinding that you used to hear?
Father: It was completely gone maybe a month ago. We were wondering where it went.

"He is less cranky."
Consultant: How about his energy level in the day? Any difference?
Father: He is energetic. He was energetic before Sleep Therapy. But it just that sensory issues were keeping him from doing the right things.
He is still energetic. He does not fall asleep. He does not have the need to fall asleep. Plus, he takes naps in the afternoon. So he is always energetic. Ready to go out, to go to the park all the time, play around in the park.
He is less cranky, unless he wants something and you do not give to him.

DIETARY HABITS

He eats more. Of course the fruits and vegetables are always there. The Ethiopian food is always there too.
He tries new food.
Of course, meat. He has never tried meat. But now he takes meat.
Chic peas paste - Ethiopian food which he picks up now. In the past, he never ate that.
BEFORE

Father: He was eating blueberries. Now, he is not having them. He said he does not want them. He used to eat a lot. Organic wild blueberries.
The only thing he is still receptive is watermelon.
He used to eat apples. Now he doesn’t want it anymore. He eats but not so much.
He eats banana. He tried avocado but he doesn’t like it. He still likes and eats oranges once in a while.
Consultant: Any new vegetables?
Father: Always organic salad - tomatoes, onions. He still has beet roots, always mixed with spirulina and cilantro as part of salad

Yes, he started eating beef. Before he was not eating beef.
Two week after we started koo energy Sleep Therapy, he ate beet, no problem, no complaint.
In the past, he never touched meat. He would not eat meat. Period.

"He can eat both with the spoon or with his hands."
Consultant: Any change in terms of holding spoon or eating with hands?
Father: Now, he does both. He can eat both with the spoon or with his hands. In the past, never with the spoon.
Consultant: It is a progression then.

"He has gained weight."
Consultant: What is his current weight?
Father: The last time he was weighed a month ago, he was 27 pounds. Before he was 24 pounds.
One thing we noticed is he has gained weight. He has got a lot of good appetite.
But we are struggling, introducing new food. He tries but he is not more receptive to it. Partially we have tried food presentation. Mostly we feed fruits and vegetables. He is more receptive of that.

Toilet Habits
"He uses the word 'popo to ask for a potty after koo energy Therapy."
TOILET HABITS
BEFORE
No constipation. He is on probiotic. On average, he has 3-4 bowel movements. However, not yet potty-trained. Reason for parents not able to train because of his speech delay.
AFTER
Father: He is not on probiotics any more. Without such aid, he is more passing motion in the first 2 weeks of koo energy Sleep Therapy and even in the first month.
In the last month, we noticed he has been going quite often - 3 to 4 times. The poop was more solid. Intensity of smell has decreased a lot over the course of 3 months.
For potty training, he uses the first word ‘popo’ to ask for a potty after the koo energy Therapy. But we are still teaching him to go on a potty.
Consultant: Work on toilet training as it will build up his confidence.

"Now, he brushes his teeth himself."
Father: It was an issue - he never brushed his teeth. We were not able to teach him because of his hyperactivity. But now, he brushes his teeth himself. He stands up with my wife and then they brush the teeth together.
Prior to Sleep Therapy, he would swallow the toothpaste. Now, he doesn’t swallow the toothpaste. He actually spits it out.
In the past, we tried to toothbrush him. He would swallow the toothpaste. What we did was my wife would brush his teeth without paste. He did not have the concept of toothbrushing. He would just chew on the brush.
Now, he brushes his teeth just by copying my wife. Of course, he doesn’t swallow the paste.
Consultant: It is a case of sensory issues being resolved.

"Now, he's no longer afraid of water."
Father: There is a change too in his showering.
Before he would not stand in front of the water.
Now, he stands and lets his face be hit by the water. That is one thing we noticed.
He never complained about in the water to begin with. But the only change we noticed is that he is more confident and then he can have his face hit by water.
Prior to Sleep Therapy, he would just be scared of water coming to his face and over his head. He did not want the water to come near his face, so my wife would actually have to lean him back, and only washed his hair.
Now, he is no longer afraid of water. You can wash him in any way you want. You can put the shampoo, and then have the water over his head and his face.

"He sits there longer than 2-3 minutes, playing the same game with me."

Consultant: Have you started any building blocks for her? Like LEGO?

BEFORE
Usually he would cry. And he would not stop asking for whatever he wanted.
AFTER
Consultant: Temper-wise, there is much improvement.
We do not hear any tantrums. He doesn’t throw tantrums at all.
Consultant: How would he throw tantrums in the past?
Father: Usually he would cry. And he would not stop asking for whatever he wanted. He never threw anything. We never had that issues. And we still don’t have that issue.
Consultant: So these days, there is no more tantrums and no more crying. That’s great!

"No more inappropriate laughing fits."
RESPONSIVENESS
BEFORE
He also responds to his name called 65% of the time but sometimes if he is in the middle of something and his name is called, he comes to you crying “why are you calling me?”
AFTER
He no longer does that. Whenever you call him, he will respond right away. He will give you eye-contact right away - very fast. When we call his name when he is not with us, at least he doesn’t come and cry. It may take him a few seconds to come to say what’s going on. But he doesn’t cry.

COMMUNICATION
BEFORE
He does not generally communicate with parents yet.
AFTER
In the past, it was pretty much one-way communication. He didn’t even listen to it, to begin with.
But now, it is two-way communication. Pretty much now anything you ask him to do, he does it.
Anything you ask him, he does it. He is much more calmer. He listens better that way.

When he wants something, he takes his parents to the things he wants.
AFTER
This was very interesting. He started pointed on the second day he was on koo energy Sleep Therapy.
He used to pull mother’s hands in the past.
He always points to whatever he wants now. He doesn’t push you or he doesn’t bring hands nor fathers’s hand to the things he wants.

"He has picked up a lot of words. "
VERBAL
BEFORE
He speaks a few words, does not generally communicate with parents yet. However, he has a few words he uses, like bread.
He calls out few things that are in the house like TV, refer to “toy" and brings up to parents when he wants to play and other few words.
AFTER
When it comes to speech, he has picked up a lot of words.

"The last time we counted 75 words that he knows."
Consultant: In terms of vocabulary, how many words do you think he knows now?
Father: The last time we counted 75 words.
Previously before Sleep Therapy, between 15 to 20.
That is a great jump.

Other Area of Observation
OTHER AREA OF BEHAVIOUR
BEFORE
AFTER
Consultant: Changes? Improvement?
Father: There are a lot of changes to what you read. He does not put lights on to every room now.
But now, he does the hand flapping. We noticed this in the last 3 weeks, maybe due to the intense detoxification.
He is also tiptoeing now.
But he never looks at the specific picture too. These are the changes.
BEFORE
- He puts things into his mouth, tiptoeing when angry/happy.
- However he rarely flip-flops his hands, grinds his teeth during the day.
- Sometimes he cries when he listens to some fo the songs on his toys.
- He used to cover his eyes but we have not seen this behaviour in the last few weeks.

Father: No. Now, he doesn’t cry to that song. My 11 month-old baby plays with the same toy, we never heard him crying.
Of course, in the past he would cry. He would actually, go to the toy, played the song, and kept crying.
Father: His anxiety has reduced.

Sensory Issues Resolved
"He is no longer afraid to go deep inside the water."
He has been going with the swimming lesson for the last 5 months.
But one thing we noticed is that he enjoys it more now because he communicates with the instructor. He basically listens to what the instructors tries to tell him. He is in more communication with him.
He is no longer afraid to go deep inside the water. Prior to Sleep Therapy, he was scared of the water maybe choking him or something. He was not comfortable.

He started saying words right after we started him on koo energy Therapy. Very aware of his surroundings.
He sleeps throughout the night, without waking up in the middle of the night. It takes him a few minutes to fall asleep. No more running around a lot before bedtime. He is less cranky.
He was receptive of food. He has got a better appetite than before. He tries new food. He has gained weight.

[11:49 am, 16/09/2021] KE US Gabriel: Smell was intense especially today’s motion is pretty intense. Not sure how to describe it.
"More fluffy motion than he typically has. Also smelly. Yellowish."
Father: It is pretty much like the pictures that I showed you. First we saw the yellowish colours that you just explained. And then we noticed the follow-up poops - we noticed different kinds of colors like redness, combined with yellowish. I am sure you have the pictures there. So that was kind of rude for us because it has two different colours.
The smell was unbearable. I myself could not smell that. My wife is better. She can study it more. The explanation is like buttery - you feel like spoiled butter (mucus). Of course there are different colours. It cannot be neared. It lasted for good 3-4 weeks. After one month, we started to notice that the colour became consistent. We did not smell metal or petroleum though. We felt it was too intense to absorb.
Consultant: You mean too intense for you to analyse?
Father: Yes.
Consultant: Detox of heavy metal may come on if you introduce food healing, in food or spirulina. It is up to you to introduce such measure.

"Poop that cannot be neared. The smell was very bad."
Consultant: Like you said, the poop that cannot be neared.
Father: Two colors there. We feed him organic carrots. We believe what you see as orange colour might be due to the carrots or it could be due to flaxseed. At that time when we sent you this picture, we were feeding him flax seeds, which are difficult to eat. You make a paste out of flax seeds. I do not know if it is because of this combination that caused the two colors.
Consultant: Did the smell tell of anything familiar?
Mother: Very difficult to say. The smell was very bad. I do not know which kind of smell.

"Urine doesn't smelling that much, except that time of period when we smelled medicine."
She did not smell any specific smell like petroleum or medicine.
But we know one thing for sure is that 2yo's urine doesn’t really smell that much, except that time of period when we smelled medicine.
But generally, it doesn't smell that much.

"Smell of urine was like combination of different kinds of medication"
Day 5
[11:49 am, 16/09/2021] KE US Gabriel:
Also smell of urine for me was like combination of different kinds of medication.
[11:49 am, 16/09/2021] KE US Gabriel:
Also smell of urine for me was like combination of different kinds of medication.
Father: For his urine, we have been reporting a very consistent smell. We noticed his urine never smelled anything, even prior to going on koo energy Sleep Therapy. After koo energy Sleep Therapy, we did not see a whole lot of difference. They remain consistent. We do not smell that much of anything in his urine.
Consultant: How about the text over WhatsApp about the medication smell?
Father: That was probably in the beginning that we noticed that smell. Maybe my wife can explained more. (Checking with wife)
She is reporting the first time around, she noticed the medicine smell. But after a little while, she did not notice any changes in smell. It was very consistent as before koo energy.
Consultant: How long did this medicine smell last?
Father: Maybe a couple of days. Not a whole lot of time that we noticed the medicine smell. Like I said, it went away maybe a week later

"Running nose and watery eyes."
Consultant: With the change of season, is there any running nose?
Father: No, the only thing we notice was watery eyes is when we go out, during fall or autumn time. There is more wind. So I associate it with that, he will have running nose and watery eyes. When he is exposed to elements, then he will have watery eyes.

"He started to say 'popo'."
Father: The 2 yo has ‘black eyesbags’ right here - dark circles under the eyes for multiple days. Shortly after Sleep Therapy. Actually even in the middle of Sleep Therapy, she did have them. But nowadays, we don’t see them. It is gone.
Consultant: That is telling of the very intensive detoxification period.
Father: I no longer see it. It started within 2 weeks of starting Sleep Therapy. Then he went away. And then it came back 15 to 20 days ago. Now it is gone.
Consultant: Watch out. Whenever we introduce new measures like Organic Spirulina, it is likely to introduce another wave of discharge.

"Crying for no apparent reason."
Consultant: Did you see any significant crying of your 2yo?
Father: We noticed crying for no apparent reason. We have told you that in our text. He cries. He complains for now reason. Like umm… making that moaning sound. Almost daily. Not with tears.
Consultant: I think you were referring to the video where he was showing boredom. That is not emotional discharge. Usually crying with eye discharge comes with a lot of emotions. And even chest tightness that will show up with touching or hitting of the chest. Look out for such as you introduce food healing.

"No fever that we have noticed."
Father: No fever that we have noticed at all.. His temperature is very normal around 37.4 to 37.7°C. The machine shows it is normal.
Consultant: In general, his temperature of 37.7°C may be higher than his peers.

"The rash stayed for a long time."
Father: The hand rash stayed for a long time - more than a month and a half. But we are thinking there is an artificial lawn outside - that’s where he plays. So when we expose him to that artificial lawn, he tends to pick up that rash. Now we are mostly indoors, it went away for a month. Last week, there were a couple of sunny days, and he went out. He picked up that rash again. We are thinking that it might be related to the artificial lawn.
Consultant: Likely. Good that he is flushing with the histamine, which responds to allergens.

Improvement After 3 months of koo energy Sleep Therapy
Sleep Issues
Before |
After |
When it’s time to go to bed, he generally does not co-operate |
He actually requests to go to bed. |
He was previously running around a lot at bedtime. |
No more running around. He doesn’t bring stuff from the kitchen into the living room. He does not stack up items - like what he did in the past. |
Prior to koo energy, he still needs to be piggy-backed to sleep. |
After koo energy, it takes him a few minutes to fall asleep. We still sing to him. We do not need to piggy back him. |
He used to have heavy breathing when he slept. |
If he sleeps on his sides, we rarely hear anything. |
Waking up early in the morning, like 4.30 or 5am. He is going back to sleep. His sleep will be disturbed. |
We noticed he sleeps throughout the night, without any waking up . With the lights on or baby cries, we never noticed him waking up in the middle of the night in the first two weeks. |
Dietary Habits
Before |
After |
Very limited diet. Hardest part for is he is not receptive to food. |
The changes is that he eats more now. He has got a better appetite than he had before. |
It is a struggle. He doesn’t eat most of the food for breakfast. |
It is no longer a struggle. We are not reporting any struggle at all now. |
He did not eat chic peas. |
Chic peas paste which he picks up now. |
He never touched meat. |
But now he takes meat. |
Not easy to try new food. |
He tries new food. He tried avocado but he doesn’t like it. |
In the past, he never eat with the spoon. |
Now, he does both. He can eat both with the spoon or with his hands. |
Before |
After |
On probiotics to pass motion. |
Without such aid, he is more passing motion in the first 2 weeks of koo energy Sleep Therapy and even in the first month. |
Not yet potty-trained. Reason for parents not able to train because of his speech delay. |
He uses the first word ‘popo’ to ask for a potty after the koo energy Therapy. |
Prior to Sleep Therapy, he would swallow the toothpaste. Mother would brush his teeth without paste. |
Now, he doesn’t swallow the toothpaste. He actually spits it out. |
He did not have the concept of toothbrushing. He would just chew on the brush. |
Now, he brushes his teeth himself, just by copying my wife. He stands up with my wife and then they brush the teeth together. |
Before he would not stand in front of the water. |
Now, he stands and lets his face be hit by the water. |
Toilet Habits
Before |
After |
Mild-tempered, not attentive though. |
Temperament is very good at the moment. |
Usually he would cry. And he would not stop asking for whatever he wanted. |
We do not hear any tantrums. He doesn’t throw tantrums at all. |
Temperament
Attentiveness
Before |
After |
He did not follow you for no more than 1 minute before he becomes less interested. |
He is calmer. He listens to our commands. we are giving him two-step commands. |
He could not sit still. |
He sits there longer than 2-3 minutes, playing the same game with me, without getting up and going somewhere else. |
Before |
After |
He would actually, go to the toy, played the song, and kept crying. |
Now, he doesn’t cry to that song. My 11 month-old baby plays with the same toy, we never heard him crying. |
In the past, he would not follow us when we walked around. He stayed behind. We had to scream from top of our lungs to have him come back and follow us. |
Within the first 2-3 days, we just happened to go to the park. He was really calmer. He would listen to our commands. He stuck with us. He did not go around play area that he chose. He waited for our commands. He will run next to us. Walking along with us. It is just really amazing. |
Behaviour
Before |
After |
He also responds to his name called 65% of the time but sometimes if he is in the middle of something and his name is called, he comes to you crying “why are you calling me?” |
He no longer does that. Whenever you call him, he will respond right away. He will give you eye-contact right away - very fast. When we call his name when he is not with us, at least he doesn’t come and cry. It may take him a few seconds to come to say what’s going on. But he doesn’t cry. |
Responsiveness
Communication
Before |
After |
In the past, it was pretty much one-way communication. He didn’t even listen to it, to begin with. He did not generally communicate with parents. |
But now, it is two-way communication. Pretty much now anything you ask him to do, he does it. Now, we are going into 2-step commands. He is doing pretty well when it comes to language. |
He has been going with the swimming lesson for the last 5 months. |
But one thing we noticed is that he enjoys it more now because he communicates with the instructor. He basically listens to what the instructors tries to tell him. He is in more communication with him. |
Body Language
Before |
After |
He always pulled parent’s hands to the things he wanted |
He started pointed on the second day he was on koo energy Sleep Therapy. He always points to whatever he wants now. |
Before |
After |
He speaks a few words, |
When it comes to speech, he has picked up a lot of words. |
Previously before Sleep Therapy, between 15 to 20. |
The last time we counted 75 words. |
Verbal
Other Area of Observation
Before |
After |
Prior to koo energy Sleep Therapy, he had never responded to an airplane passing by. |
On the second or third day, when he heard an airplane passing by, he looked up in the sky. He started pointing to it and said ‘airplane’. When it comes to his hearing sensory, first time he responded. |
In the past, he used to put his hands on the eyes. |
When she changed his diaper, he no longer put his hands on the eyes. |
He smiled while looking at one specific picture. Sometimes, he cried for no reason. |
He never looks at the specific picture anymore. He stopped doing that. |
I noticed when I change his diapers. When I put him on the bed and lay him down and he has direct contact with the light, he will use both hands to rub his brows below his eyes. |
He rarely covers he eyes now. No more light sensitivities. His sensory Issues have been significantly resolved. |
Prior to Sleep Therapy, he was scared of the water maybe choking him or something. He was not comfortable. |
He is no longer afraid to go deep inside the water. Now, he is more open to going deep into the water. |

Sister's Progress
Father: One thing we noticed is that our daughter she was farting the full month - everyday, multiple times daily. After the first month, she stopped farting. It was really interesting for us. Multiple times - anytime she moved around, she farted.
Consultant: It is the smaller surface area that is much easier to clear. How did the farts smell like? Was it close to the faeces?
Father: No, it wasn’t really smell. We just heard the boom sound. We just heard the sound. Other than that, it was not smelly.
Consultant: did it follow closely with the passing motion.
Father: No, it is random. It could be multiple times like 15-16-17 times a day. Not associated, not related to her need for pooping.
Consultant: Still a good discharge of gaseous toxins. It could even be due to digestion, like burps.

My wife was reporting multiple days of muscle aches. It lasted for a number of days.
Father's Progress
"Severe headaches did not come back again."
Father: The only detox that I noticed on myself is that: the first couple of days, I had severe headaches. Even after a good night’s sleep, I was waking up the headache. I have always had a body odour. I don’t know if it increased.
Consultant: I have to ask mummy then. Did you do anything to you headache?
Father: I drank a lot of water. It was the first day that I had that headache. And it was gone on second day. It was not distilled water, just regular water.
