CAUSES OF SLEEP ISSUES
Factors, very often in a combination of a few or many, contribute to a person's inability to get a good night's rest.
Many of us, adults and even children are kept awake by devices with unnatural light and brain-stimulating content. We have been told to keep handphones, tablets, laptops, computers away from the bedroom and turn down the lights and music, start winding down before bedtime.

Adrenal Fatigue
The condition is due to adrenal glands either producing too much or too little adrenaline, or swing between the two states.
Commonly, the adrenal glands are underachieve during the day, as they hold back in case a crisis arises. This makes you feel sluggish and tired throughout the day. When the night comes, no emergency occurs os the adrenal glands release the adrenaline, suddenly waking you up.
Overactive adrenal glands produce excessive adrenaline which corrodes and burns out neurotransmitters, getting in the way of sleep. Underachieve glands at night do not produce enough of specific hormones to help with falling asleep - that is entering REM sleep followed by dreaming.
Anxiety
Sleep-related anxiety includes not wanting to be alone in the dark, unpleasant events scheduled the next day, or fear of nightmares. It could be a case of PTSD or OCD involved. Yet there are some cases which simply cannot be traced, likely related to Viral Activity, Toxic Heavy Metals that trigger physiological disturbances and create neurological issues.

Far Infrared Ray
WHAT IS FAR INFRARED RAY?
1. Infrared Ray is a type of light wave.
You may remember a similar experiment you have conducted as a student. When sun rays go through a prism, a rainbow of colours appear - Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet. These are called Visible Light, with wavelength ranging from 0.4 to 0.75 micrometre (1 micrometre is a thousandth of a millimetre).
In visible light, red is close to 0.75 micrometre. In contrast, violet is close to 0.4 micrometre. Hence, red has the longest wavelength. In other words, any light outside this cannot be seen. Although it cannot be seen, this light still exists. Because this light exists ‘outside’ the visible spectrum at its red end, it is called ‘Infra red’ ray.
Similarly, the violet has a shorter wavelength, and hence the wave that falls outside the visible spectrum at its violet end is called ‘Ultra violet’ ray. Hence Far Infrared Rays have wavelength longer than 0.75 microns. However not all rays beyond 0.75 microns are infrared rays. Far Infrared Ray wavelength ranges from 0.75 micrometre to 1000 micrometre.
2. Far Infrared Ray has a longer wavelength than Near Infrared Ray.
3. Infrared is a ray that transmits heat.
4. Our human body also produces infrared ray.
Not only does the sun emit Infrared. Any object that is hot will emit infrared ray, including our human body. That is why in infrared photography, we can still capture a photograph even though the setting is totally dark. This is because our body is a also a natural source of heat.
As for the infrared ray emitted by our human body, half of them are Far Infrared Ray with a wavelength of 8 to 14 micrometre.
When the body receives Far Infrared Ray from an external source, the infrared rays emitted by the body will match the same wavelength. This causes resonance vibration which will activate the cells.
5. FIR has the same wavelength as our body cells, thus producing resonance vibration.
When you throw a pebble into still water, there will be a ripple effect. Although light and radio waves cannot be seen, it will also have similar ripple effect.
When one source of wave is in contact with another wave of a different wavelength, one will offset the other and hence diminish gradually. On the other hand, if waves with the same wavelength meet, a greater wave will result. This is called the resonance effect.
Our human body is made of cells. These cells constitute smaller molecules which in turn are made up of atoms. These atoms have a specific wavelength. When these atoms meet energy with the same wavelength, such as Far Infrared Rays, resonance effect will result.
Resonance effect will activate the atoms and produce kinetic energy. This will result in heat being produced which will activate the cells, thus enhancing metabolism and promoting blood circulation. Good health is the result.
6. Far Infrared Rays have a strong penetration ability.
Because of its longer wavelength, Far Infrared Rays have a very strong penetration ability. This enables heat to be transmitted to the innermost part of the body, and warms the body from the inner core.
7. Far Infrared Rays are widely used in daily life since ancient times.
Since ancient times, our ancestors have already possessed the wisdom to reap the benefits of Far Infrared Rays. Roasted sweet potatoes and chestnuts taste a lot sweeter and more delicious than those that have been boiled or steamed. Heating sweet potatoes or chestnuts on hot stones enhances the taste and sweetness. This is due to the Far Infrared Rays generated.
Substances such as ceramic, soil, glass, sand, stone, bone have the ability to produce Far Infrared Rays when heated up. Heat from FIR will penetrate the food inwards into the core. This will cook the food internally as well as externally, thus making the food more delicious.

8. Far Infrared Rays in Stove, Heater, Sand and Rock Bath.
Stove and heater are winter essentials that make use of charcoal to get heated up. Charcoal are made from burning wood at high temperature. Like ceramic, charcoal burning in the stove will also produce Far Infrared Rays.
That is why even a small stove can make one feel so warm and comfortable. Because of its strong penetration ability, FIR can transmit the heat into the innermost part of the body, thus making the body feel warm from within the core.
The same is true of heaters that are built with bricks or stones in the buildings of Europe and America. These will generate Far Infrared Rays that will make the users feel very warm and comfortable during winter. Sand and Rock Bath also produces Far Infrared Rays.

Herein lies the problem have never suspected as the possible cause of nearly all our aging diseases.
Only Plants need Inorganic Minerals
Water, as a carrier of minerals, is fine for the plant. The plant in turn converts the inorganic to organic minerals. Now, our body can assimilate them. We have worked this process in reverse. We consume hard water saturated with calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, silicone, not realising the body is unable to assimilate these nutrients efficiently.
So nature tucks them in the joints as arthritis, in the intestinal walls as constipation, and along the arteries, causing them to harden.
