"He is sleeping throughout the night now. His sleep quality has improved.Last time, he normally woke up very early, sometimes waking at 4-5am.
Appetite definitely improves and he is willing to try new food. He is able to express more that he wants to pee.
He is able to respond to us more - more responsive. This is the improvement that we see - he is showing some kind of thinking. He is trying to speak more."

Now, we seldom see him wetting his pants. |
At night still on diaper. Most of the times, when wake up in the morning, the diaper is still dry. We will ask him to go toilet to pee the first thing in the morning when he wakes. |

Interview with Parents
After 3 months of Sleep Therapy
"Quite consistent in his sleep pattern now."
Sleep Quality & Energy Level
BEFORE
Prior to koo energy Sleep Therapy, Mother wrote in Observation Notes:
1. Sleeping around 9pm and wake up very early e.g. 6.30am. Sometimes 4-5 o'clock in the middle of the night.
2. Always tossing and turning at night on bed.
3. Occasionally waking up for milk.
4. Always grinding teeth when put on the bed - still awake
5. Always giggling and laughing to himself when put on the bed before sleep.
AFTER
"Yesterday, he slept at 8pm and woke up around 3am. Occasionally, this happened. These few months, rarely, maybe once a month.
Now it is quite consistent that he sleeps around 9.30am and wake up around 6-7pm, around 8-9 hours of sleep. Seldom wake up in the middle of the night. He sleeps all the way.
Whether he has tossing and turning, we might not know as we sleep more deeply than him.
We noticed that he likes to sleep near us. Whenever we wake up, he is just next to us. Normally, we use some pillows to put in between us, to block him from coming out of Healing Mat. We want him to sleep on the Healing Mat, instead of coming out of the Healing and roll out beside us.
He is sleeping throughout the night. Occasionally, he still asks for milk in the middle of the night. Very seldom - less compared to last time.
His sleep quality has improved. Last time, he normally woke up very early, sometimes waking at 4-5am. We had to be with him outside bedroom.
Now, it is more consistent. His sleeping time is not like last time so irregular. Now, he seldom takes afternoon and sleeps around 9pm. Not like last time, he took afternoon nap, slept very late at night. Sometimes, he woke up very early, and we had to wake up with him. He seldom does that now.
Grinding of teeth in the middle of the night is less now. Daytime also has. Not as bad as last time. Not as serious as last time. Last time was grinding teeth every night. Not as loud now as before - I noticed these few nights.
One thing good: when he wants to sleep, he will say 'I want to or-or' (sleep in baby language). Then he will not toss and turn for too long. As he is tired, he will sleep in a short while. No opportunity to see him lying down, daydreaming and grinding his teeth.
On and off, he still has giggling, but lesser. One thing good is:
Last time, even if daddy scolded him, it would still be non-stop.
Now, if you scold him, he will stop - cannot laugh. Still controllable.
Energy level when he wakes up. He is always energetic. Lately, he seldom takes nap in the day."

TEMPERAMENT
BEFORE
1. Will get upset and start to cry.
2. Sometimes, will beat himself or others, especially when he is sleepy, usually around 6pm in the evening as he does not nap in the afternoon and he wakes up very early in the morning.
3. He is not able to focus at all. Not attentive. He will respond only when he focus.
AFTER
In terms of responsiveness, I feel that he will respond to us. As compared to last time, he is able to respond to us more.
For example, last time good morning, we might have to ask a lot of times. "Good morning, Good morning."
Now, I personally feel that he will reply me. I just need to ask one or two times. In a sense, he is more responsive. Not like last time when he looked blur blur.

"He can sit for 2 hour on the bus - obedient & exploring around."
ATTENTIVENESS
"On 16 Nov, Grandmother shared that "he could go out with grandma. He can sit for 2 hours journey on the bus. Grandmother feedback that he is obedient in the bus, exploring around him by looking around."
Father sometimes usually takes him to take bus - just go one round. Normally when he goes out, he is ok. Unlike the case of IKEA, maybe it was too busy.
Normally on the bus, he is really obedient. Can just sit down or stand up, looking around. He won't show any tantrums at all.
He is ok so far on MRT train. We bring him on the MRT occasionally. I think he prefers to sit in the train than his daddy's car."

BEHAVIOUR & RESPONSIVENESS (Self-initiative)
BEFORE
Prior to koo energy Sleep Therapy, Mother wrote in Observation Notes:
1. He will only respond when he focus.
2. Unable to sit still to study or draw.
3. Unable to sit still to play toys.
4. He always like to walk forth and back at home.

6. Show no interest in learning as he cannot focus.
AFTER
Father: He still walks around. What we observed is he likes to take the tricycle and rides around the house.
Observation by Consultant: Over the videos sent over the past 2 weeks, there is a lot of engagement he is willing to initiate.
Father: "Sometimes if he wants something, he will come to me - 'daddy, wake up!", "daddy, standup!" "daddy, go kitchen" "daddy, take this and take that.."
He will initiate. When he wants something, he will come to us and ask us to follow him. "Daddy, go to the storeroom" "Daddy, go to the room."
In the past, it was less. He only asked for biscuit."
Mother: "In the past, he would say,"I want biscuit." That's all. Full-stop(period).
But now, we think there is a sequence when he asks for something.
"Daddy, go kitchen." Because perhaps, he does not know what he wants at that point of time - I feel that.
When he goes into the kitchen, he will stand there and think in between the fridge and the tray. We have a tray where we put all his biscuit. He knows there is something inside the fridge. Then he will also open the cupboard, because there are titbits inside the cupboard.
Just to think: Oh, what he wants to eat?
Then he will take the initiative.
Fridge he cannot open himself, so he needs our help to open.
For the cupboard, he can reach. So he can just take whatever on his own - I want this.
To me, I think there is a process in his mind: he knows that "go kitchen" means he does not know what he wants. But he does not want to show it in anger.
"Ngggg..." (making sound of displeasure)
Not like last time, sometimes he would show anger - he did not know what he wanted and he would feel very frustrated.
But now no. He will tell us to go to the kitchen. He will stand there and think.
This is the improvement that we see. To me, he is showing some kind of thinking.
He might not be able to assess. He is not ready for academics like abc. To him, it is really very boring. "Why you always force me to sit down and learn, which I do not think it's useful to me."
In terms of food, because he likes to eat. I can see there is an improvement on that because he wants to try everything.
Even when daddy comes home from shopping with a lot of packets. He will just sit. He will know. He is ready. He will observe what daddy has brought.
"Oh, prata.I want to eat prata!" Then he would get ready and sit on the chair, get ready for father to feed him.
In the past, no - he would just stand there, staring blankly.
We were the ones who initiated, "A, do you want to eat this?"

In the past, I had to rely on the inhaler very frequently - almost every week, one or two times. Especially the times when I was having menses. My menses is coming soon. But I don't realise that I have asthma attack. Even for my cough - I don't cough so frequently.
In the past, I had chest tightness. But recently, I don't have it. I did not even realise that all these are gone.
No more headaches.
My face is clearing up but on and off will have, because I need to wear face to work.
Right after using the Healing Mat for my menses in Nov - backache getting better, cough getting better.
My menses are coming soon maybe next week. But this week, I do not feel anything.
Usually before menses, I would have outbreak, then I would feel extremely tired.
It was recorded there were more blood clots than usual in Nov. Had menstrual cramps but bearable."
