Air Conditioning: 26-27°C
Current Healing Mat Setting for Night Use: L3 9H (since 10.2.23 except 26, 27, 28 Feb due to fever)
1. Sleep Quality/Energy level
1a. Physical less active at bedtime.
1b. Lesser physical activities at bedtime.
1c. Occasionally, she still talks nonsense example moon. She has history of talking nonsense and repeatedly saying on moon(crying no more moon, moon hiding) last time.
1d. Occasionally, she is still struggling to fall asleep. Example: off light at 9pm, struggling till almost 11pm to fall sleep. We observe her brain activity still going on together with some fingers movement, even though she already quiet and lie down on bed with lights off.
1e. Occasionally, she still hard to fall sleep depending on her brain activity during lie down, unless she is really tired after more daytime activities, then she will fall sleep fast(within 20~30mins).
1f. Lesser screaming. Still occasionally talk loudly unreasonably on her pyjamas pant middle of night wakeup.
1g. Occasionally, she still awaken in middle of the night, and on 1 night incident 3am: awaken and talking to caregiver: M is a girl, M is a good girl. Some nights, just turning and tossing body around usually 1am to 3am, not crystal clear wake up.
1h. There is one occasion wake up around 3am.
Some nights, just turning and tossing(due to blocked nose breathing problem) around 1am to 3am. Into 4am to 5am, usually deep sleep.
1i. On 1 occasion is around 30mins to sleep back.
1j. L3 causing discomfort to sleep and sweating more on her body facing the matt, she always shift herself towards caregiver away from the mat during sleep. Now set to L1 9H, mild warm. But still wait till she fall sleep then turn on for more comfort for her to fall sleep first.
1m. Yes, at certain times in the night, with heavy breathing. That's the main problem when comes to breathing while sleeping. Probably heating mat sometimes does help a bit her on her blocked nose. But still see her self ability to tilt her head for better breathing airway, meaning she tends open mouth for breathing. It is difficult to breathe through nose if nose is blocked.
1n. Initial fall sleep 90% shut. Full fall sleep, yes, full shut.👍🏻
1o. Usually, her mouth still not fully shut during sleep. Certain times in the night, still see and hear her snoring quite loud through her mouth. Until she reposition herself to side sleep, then she will re-adjust her breathing through nose. But when nose blocked, she tends to breathe through mouth again which is why she tilt her head very often to let her mouth open.
1p. Lesser block nose due to heating matt on some nights. But notice, always there is 1 side of the nose is no blocked, another side is blocked even in day time.
1q. Still extend neck and tilt to side(still have snoring sound, choking), no difference. When not side sleep (face up sleeping), will have snoring sound and choking also.

4. Temperament
4a. Happier on some days. Moody on some days as well.
4b. More willing but depends on mood. May argue with adults over the things she insisted want. Example: she insisted to leave her seat at a zoo animal show time on 25Feb2023.
4c. Hard to differentiate, still occasionally tantrum and crying on her insistence, example during zoo visit 25Feb2023, her insistence talking and argued over and over with adults on a girl that eating noodles. Another example: insistence for getting a marker and a white board at home. Argued with adults then adults successfully diverted to other topics. Then she brings out the white board again after some times on the same night. Total 3 times she bring out.
4d. Still heard her shouting, poke pencil on table and scratch her friend face in little Petals school on 1 occasion 8 Mar2023.
4e. Easier a bit to handle her tantrums. But still have challenges to pursue her to listen to adults.
4f. Teacher said shorter time to calm down now. We, parents, see some improvement over calming down time.
4g. Shorter time to her to stop/divert the topic but still she will bring out the topic to argue at later time.
4h. Still shouting at adults for not getting it. Shorter time to her to calm and stop/divert the topic but still she will bring out the topic to argue at later time with the same tone of shouting at adults. Example: white board incident on 13Mar2023 night.
4i. Scared to make mistakes. Will become anxious when make mistakes and may argue with teachers or adults. Recently, she has a practice of keep asking daddy to say out "I want to daddy to laugh, not xxxx " and daddy must say out the thing and laugh as well. For her, this is to close the chapter that she win over daddy and she satisfied with it. If daddy never follow what she said, she will be agitated and frustrated, her emotion may erupt into meltdown.
4j. Lesser fighting with brother now, even with brother crying and cranky. Still will react by talking about brother crying/vomiting/cranky. Adults to guard her from running towards brother.
4k. Still anxious/irritable/agitated but she is more willing to react by talking about brother/classmates crying/vomiting/cranky. Lesser physical in touch with crying ones.
On 1 occasion at school on 14Mar2023, N1 class boy crying at morning reception, she will cover her ears with hands waiting for her teacher to come.
4l. Still hear teacher said on 1 occasion on 8 Mar2023, Mandy shouted and scratched her classmate face in the morning. Also she shouted in afternoon nap, the whole class cannot sleep due to her.
4m. Throwing of things when agitated/upset - lesser a bit now. Unless she is really really agitated, she will throw things in the air.
5. Attentiveness
5a. Respond fast only to daddy, see normal/dragging response to the rest of adults. Sometimes still need to give her enforcements and reminders.
5b. Still see some dragging for things not interest her. If she is interested, yes, she will engage. But, hard to engage to her to learn her interest/hobby in depth. Example: she won't follow with adults to swim with correct freestyle, correct frog style or kicking the legs or swinging the arms. Always she on her own way. Teaching her is difficult as she won't follow instructions.
5c. 10mins. Sometimes, still halfway left her works. Reach out at windows and look outside, then come back to her works again.
5d. More looking into dad's eyes only when there is enforcements and reminders.
5f. More engagement with mother/father/grandmother/brother, I guess.
5g. Less walking around the house when alone, I guess.
5h.
i) Recently found out that she able to observe birthday chart in class and remember ( most of her little Petals classmates or even her favorite teacher birthday, example, Zhang laoshi on 25 March. Not yet verify the date with school. But her answers are always consistent, not change over time.
ii) Ability to remember specific mrt stations colors: Toa Payoh (yellow), Novena(green), Newton (orange).
iii) She got to know she will be going to primary 1 next year, she is really looking forward to meet her K2 friends again in primary 1.

6. Behaviour
6a. Still active as she tends to do as usual. We adults, encourage her to tone/slow down on her physical activities. Example: running at Genius League school compound while waiting for teacher to start the class. She can seat in mrt seat, but still have a lot of head, body, hands and legs movement within her seat.
6b. If she is really really upset, then she will throw. Nowadays, she is in more controlling over her emotion. Meaning shorter time to calm down for her, lesser physical struggle.
6c. She likes her friends a lot as she knows how to spell* and write down her friends names she knows. She even knows most of their birthday month and day.
She has more interactions with friends but only strike the initial greeting part of conversation, no conversation contents initiate by herself. Most of the times, she will just repeat her friends talking words on herself. A lot of times, also she is into too much on body contact with them, example touching/pulling friends ponytails, pushing friends head into water when swimming.
6d. With more enforcements and reminders from adults, she can be more patient in waiting. Occasionally at playground, noticed that she can wait for her turn if swing is occupied by other kid.
6e. Stimming actions like handflapping/walking around not observed. Now more on brushing hair especially with her ponytail. She always compares her 1 ponytail with her friends (2 ponytails), saying I have 1 ponytail repeatedly when they walking together, even go and physically touch friends ponytails.
6f. Lesser seen spinning. Only when comes to dancing activity.
6g. Still see she tries to bite her own fingers she really really frustrated and upset over adults. But, she didn't bite herself after that. Probably, she knows the pain.
6h. Still see inappropriate laughing. When asked why laughing on 1 occasion, she said Teinn hit Rui En in train.
6i. Still raise volume as that's the way she usually speaks. Will be louder when argue with adults. Adults to remind her to speak her words slowly. Then she will redo in slow soft mode.
6j. Still looking sideway when walking. I would say improvement from last time 80% to now probably 50% and 50% look in front. Her now favorite action is brushing hair with her hands, it's like 90% of the time.
6k. Brushing of hair with her hands, while eating/writing - Very frequent, it's like 90% of the times(eating meals, sitting on sofa, sitting in mrt, playing play dough, walking on road, even when swimming in pool.. all can see her brushing hair).
Brushing hair with her hands, could be due to sensation of satisfaction because hair is smooth. If you stop using conditioner for her hair, this will definitely reduce.
6l. Only when upset crying, yes, rubbing eyes and nose as usual. Rub ears, no.
6m. Still see smelling of the things she touches
6o. Scratching her elbow area Found occasionally morning when wake up in bed, she will scratch arms and elbows.
6p. Past 1 week(9 Mar to 15Mar) teachers in Little Petals and Ovspring gave good positive feedback on M behaviors.
7. Responsiveness
7a. responding better even when you call her name - I guess better now, but more in enforcement tone by daddy. Example: legs down, Mandy.
7b. Father usually her response fast.
Mother, grandmother usually her response will be medium or sometimes dragging as well.
7c. With father, usually she will follow, 50% still need enforcements and reminders. Enforcements and reminders in the form of:
i) shouting in class, mrt then cannot go swimming.
ii) eat green vegetable, honey, papaya, then can go swimming.
7e. With enforcements and reminders, then she will turn eye contact. Still see adults talking to her, but she has no eye contact to adults.
7f. Teachers in school both Little Petals and Ovspring nowadays feedback positively (more positives then negatives) on her, doing her work tasks. Occasionally, 1 case of shouting meltdown in school on 8 Mar2023.
6a. Still active as she tends to do as usual. We adults, encourage her to tone/slow down on her physical activities.
