Child Healing 5E
Autism, Dietary Limitation, Speech Delay.
"After he started koo energy Sleep Therapy, I notice quite a major change in his temperament. He listens to us now. Like when we tell him to stop doing something, he will stop. He does not throw tantrums nor roll on the floor like last time. He has calmed down a lot. He has much better self-control over his moods. We do not see any extreme behaviour anymore. He can express his emotions.
He will say ‘happy’, and we see him smile. He is able to react to our actions too. In the past, it took a long time for him to fall asleep, and he would often wake up in the middle of the night. He had shallow sleep with tossing and turning around. Now, he falls asleep in 5 mins and does not wake up in the middle of the night. It is easier life for mummy.
He is also more receptive towards accepting new food now. He can request for food, listing the food he wants. He is good at picking up vocabulary now - so different from the past when he was non-verbal. "

After 7 months of koo energy Sleep Therapy, the mother shared with us over a Zoom interview on her son's progress:
Sleep Quality
Before |
After |
Last time, he would often wake up in the middle of the night. He would make some uncomfortable noise. Waking up here and there. He would move closer to us. We needed to pat him to fall back to sleep. |
He is still moving around. But he sleeps through the whole way. He does not wake up in the middle of the night. He does not disturb us. |
Shallow sleep with tossing and turning around. |
He is having deeper sleep. |
In the past, it took a long time to fall asleep. More than half an hour. |
He falls asleep in 5 mins. Now, it is easier life for mummy. |
Energy Level
Before |
After |
In the past, we would try to make him nap, like one or two hours. He was not able to tell us if he was tired. He would just be fussy and irritable. |
He wakes up in the morning, feeling refresh. Energy level like battery full. He does not need to take nap in the middle of the day. |
Dietary Habits
Before |
After |
Previously, it was impossible to let him try anything new. If he saw it, he would just push it away. Used to like only dry food. |
He is more receptive towards accepting new food now. We do have to be fierce and tell him “ok you have to try it”. Once he tries it, he will protest a bit but will still open his mouth for us to feed him. He is taking more soupy food, with carrots and potatoes. |
Toilet Habits
Before |
After |
On diapers all day. Did not notice anything special in his urine and faeces. No constipation in the past. He seldom perspired. |
Still on diapers. He pees a lot. Yellowish. The smell is quite strong. He will poop once a day. Extra smelly. He perspires a lot now. After a while, he got very smelly. |
Temperament
Before |
After |
In the past, he would throw tantrums and roll on the floor and get very upset if we told him ‘no’ to anything. |
I noticed quite a major change in his temperament. He listens to us now. Like when we tell him to stop, he will stop. He does not throw tantrums like last time. When we tell him no, he will show his unhappy face. He has calmed down a lot. He has much better self-control over his moods. We do not see any extreme behaviour anymore. |
Attentiveness
Before |
After |
In the past, he would just ignore our presence. Always playing on his own. |
He can express his emotions. He will say ‘happy’, and we see him smile. He is able to react to our actions. We can tell from his expressions. He will gauge. He knows I do not like him to do certain things. He will do it and then peep at me in between to see my reaction. When I tell him ‘Mmm’ sternly, he will stop it. He will copy my actions in a funny way. He is observant now. |
Behaviour
Before |
After |
He used to play with Lego. Limited ways of playing. |
He is still playing Lego. But we notice the difference. He can role-play now. He will ask to build a house. Then there will be a little Duplo father. Then he will say ’ daddy ‘Daddy, mm mm’ (meaning pass motion). He will put him on the toilet bowl. He will put him in the bathtub. I used to brush his teeth. I will say ‘puit puit’ to get him to spit out the water in his mouth. He will do the same to the Duplo - he will say ‘brush teeth’ and do the brushing teeth gesture and say ‘puit puit’ - the mimicking spitting sound. |
Responsiveness
Before |
After |
In the past, he would not respond to the environment, whatever we did. |
He is able to gauge my tone, other than my facial expression and body language. He seems to get it. When we raise our tone say ‘no’, he will notice the high pitch and respond immediately. |
Communication
Before |
After |
He was not able to display his likes nor dislikes. |
He can express his sentiment through his voice. Even though his words are limited. He does whines to express his displeasure. When he is angry, he will act it out too. When he wants our attention, he will be more gentle and coos and wants us to dote on him. |
Verbal Expression
Before |
After |
He was nov-verbal in the past. |
He can request for food. He told me ‘bread’. Then he said ‘toast’ - he wanted it to be toasted. He would go to the fridge and take the butter to be spread onto the toasted bread. He can list the food that he wants. He can list all the different animals. The other day he pointed a dog in the book. And then he started naming the different breeds of dogs. Probably he was exposed to these while watching Youtube videos. He is good at picking up vocabulary. |
Other Area of Observation
Before |
After |
His hands used to be rather weak. |
The grip of his hand is stronger than before, especially if he wants to get his point across. |
Progress Notes
Over the course of 7 months, improvement appeared one after another, alongside the list of detoxification reactions that were appropriately managed by the parents, together with the support from the koo energy Consultant.

He slept quite well. He did move around in his sleep, but not as often now. |
6/3 |
He's on diaper the whole day and night. He's peeing a lot and we had the diaper more frequently. |
Has not shown any other symptoms of detox apart from the redness around his butt cheeks area. So far so good. It went off the following day after we sprayed the energy water on that spot. |
8/3 |
Some slight rashes on his right elbow. We sprayed koo energy Spray and its redness has reduced. |
. |
18/3 |
. |
Mother managed to read this whole book to him in one sitting. Previously, he would close the book away and run off, but this time he sat through side by side with me. He lost his focus here n there but seemed receptive to being read to. |
25/3, 26/3 |
Irritable, bad temper.
|
. |
28/3 |
Diarrhoea once, and it went off after that.
|
|
31/3 |
Woke up with some rashes behind his neck.
|
In terms of behaviour, he was quite grumpy last week for about 2 days, but now he's much more manageable and listens more. So far, it is manageable. |
31/3 |
. |
After he started koo energy Sleep Therapy, we saw less of tantrums. But last week, for 2 days in particular, he was extra fussy and threw tantrums when he was upset. After those 2 days, he was so much more obedient and more mellow. Generally, we noticed he was less prone to meltdowns. |
31/3 |
Another video taken yesterday of how he listened to my instructions. |
|

Nose Bleeds from right nostril. He had nose bleeding just now 4.35pm, right nose. Alert and was having dinner while watching you tube with his phone. Okay, he seems alright now. Had been given antibiotics once when he was around 3 years old. Subsequently no more. Paracetamol taken. |
First time of nose bleed since we started the sleep therapy. Before that, he also bled quite frequently. Father and Mother had nosebleeds when young too. Mother took antibiotics. Not for father. |
1/4 |
Father has morning sneezing, almost every morning. |
Mother does not have the morning sneezing. |
1/4 |
|
Father ok now. No more migraine. |
6/4, 8/4 |
12.51pm. He has some allergy on around his eyes. Both eyes are itchy. Can tell he was uncomfortable and he was very cranky. Both eyes intensity were similar. 7.02pm. His eyes are still swollen, but no longer red. |
I dabbed some energy spray on his eyes. 2.07pm. Both eyes itchiness have subsided. I think it lasted for about 3 hours. We noticed it at around 10am this morning. |
6/4, 8/4 |
Irritable |
|
20/4 |
For the past few weeks, we have switched on L2 for 9 hours during night time. |
Considering if we should increase the level or should we maintain at Level 2. Recommended L3 9H, as long as it is comfortable enough fro him to sleep through the night, making sure he drinks more water than usual throughout the day. |
10/5 |
Nose bleed from right side of nostril. For about 5 mins and it went off. The blood looks fresh red. |
|
12/5 |
Woke up with stain of blood also from his right side nose. Not sure about the colour because it has dried up. No signs of mucus though. Looks wet. |
|
14/5 |
Other than nosebleed, we did not see any physical observable signs of detox. |
As for behaviour, he communicates more now verbally compared to last time, but more on one word syllable. He still has to be prompted at times to verbalise his demands. |
14/5 |
He does tear when he is upset. |
Tantrums getting lesser now and easier to stop him when he is upset. |
16/6 |
Creative pretend play with LEGO (video) Yes he loves Lego but he builds things in his own way. A block of bricks - could be a plate of vegetables. Love the way he enunciates “Snowman”, “Shark". He used to sing that Baby Shark song, but now he doesn't. And when we sing it to him, he stops us with chuga chuga choot choot. |
|
16/6 |
He is very eating well now (video) Shaking his right foot like a towkay - first time see his towkay style. It was very funny, so quickly took a video of him to show you. |
