Sleep Quality
1a. About the same active at bedtime. He will play with his toys and do some reading.
1b. More rolling & turning before falling asleep.
1c. Easier for him to fall asleep. Average 30mins.
1d. Waking up less often in the middle of the night. But recently a few nights wake up and cry all of the sudden.
1e. After waking up in the middle of the night, easier or harder for him to fall asleep again.
1f. No night sweats observed.
1g. Less turning & tossing.
1h. No teethgrinding.
1i. More snoring heard than before Sleep Therapy.
1j. Mouth sometimes not fully shut.
Energy Level
