Previously, I had trouble removing my ring from my left finger due to the swollen state as a result of water retention. My legs and feet had such a drastic reduction in water retention and they appeared wrinkled instead of previous tightening effect. My swelling had subsided tremendously. I could now turn my existing ring on my left middle finger and even added another new ring to my ring finger.
Besides wearing the koo energy Card all the time, I have been wrapping my waist with heated koo energy Band (long) in the day, wrapping the short Band (non-heat) around my hand.
